Here is the info for anyone going to the Ems game tomorrow night. When it's time for the players to line up pre-game to go on the field we will have a few of our coaches their to coordinate, and keep our entire group together.

Day of Overview

*Arrive-4:45pm to 5pm check in, players and coaches

*Q&A-5:10pm to 5:20pm in section 1 and 2

*Line up behind center field fence (area line up order listed below): 5:25pm to 5:35pm

*Taking field on the O in the middle of the outfield: 5:35-5:40pm

*Sky Photo: 540pm - 550pm

*Exit to Seating through 3rd base gate: 5:50pm

Submissions for Design a Jersey: template and coloring tools will be available from the Team Store and where submissions will be turned in. Winner will be selected and contacted after the game, offered the opportunity to deliver first pitch at closing ceremonies and given one of the jerseys they designed.

50/50 Raffle: players will be selling tickets for the raffle during the game. A table will be set up on the concourse staffed by WVBR volunteers to oversee this process, along with funds to process cash transactions. Drawing will be held during the 7th inning stretch and winner announced at the end of the 7th inning/start of the 8th.

First Game Hat GiveAway to first 1000: as an organization getting early entrance we are not eligible for the giveaway. With that in mind, as the players are exiting the field, they will be given an Emeralds branded ball giveaway. For any parents interested in receiving the giveaway item, they are more than welcome to exit after the Q&A and re-enter through the Homeplate gate to wait in line.
