#1: Caramel Snickerdoodle
Forever a favorite. This was one of my first cookie box flavors and it has been a favorite ever since. A classic snickerdoodle cookie elevated by a center filled with sweet, gooey caramel. It’s undeniably delicious.

#2: Whoopie!
This is simply the Matriarch take on a Whoopie pie. Delicious dark chocolate cookies sandwiched together with vanilla bean cream cheese icing and a center of chocolate ganache.

#3: Carrot Cake Supreme
This one is for all of my carrot cake lovers out there. It’s a soft and chewy carrot cake cookie filled with a center of cream cheese icing. On top of the cookie is another layer of that ever delightful cream cheese icing and a drizzle of spiced white chocolate. This isn’t your grandmama’s carrot cake.

#1: Raspberry Matriarch Muffin
If you were around for the first Matriarch Muffin cookie with blueberry, you know the muffin cookies are some kind of treasure. This time around I switched out the blueberries for raspberries. This perfectly soft muffin cookies is loaded with delicious raspberries, topped with a baked crumb top, and then drizzled with sweet vanilla bean icing. You can even eat this one for breakfast if you want because I called it a muffin 😉

#2: The Turtle Cookie
Oh, the richness of this cookie. I didn’t want to put it down. The deep, delectable chocolate cookie is oozing with a filling of sweet caramel and toasted pecans. The flavor explosion doesn’t stop there, though. It’s topped with that sweet caramel, some silky smooth chocolate, and a few more of those toasted pecans.

#3: Spiced Chai
There’s just something cozy about this one. This chai spiced chewy molasses cookie is filled in the center with a spiced vanilla caramel and a fluffy ring of brown sugar icing on top. To garnish this gorgeous fall cookie, it’s been sprinkled with brûlée crumbs and drizzled with the spiced vanilla caramel.

#1: Brown Butter Pecan Snickerdoodle
This cookie is quite the treat. It is a snickerdoodle cookie with a deliciously gooey pecan center. On top you will find some cinnamon-brown sugar icing, a drizzle of pecan caramel, and a light dusting of toasted pecans.

#2: Drunken Chocolate Stout
Don’t worry, friends. The alcohol cooks out, but the rich and bold flavors stay behind. This is a dark chocolate stout cookie made with local favorite, ninkasi brewing, Oatis stout. A delicious golden pool of bourbon salted caramel sits atop the cookie, topped by an Oatis stout and brown sugar icing and a drizzle of the bourbon caramel.

#3: Gingerbread Oatmeal Whoopie Pie
This one is just as amazing as the title gives away. It is two tasty and chewy gingerbread oatmeal cookies held together by a fluffy gingerbread spice icing. It’s simple, it’s seasonal, it’s a must try.

#1: Pumpkin Pecan Pie
Ah, this is one of my very favorite pies. My second favorite, in fact. Obviously I had to offer it in cookie form to all of you. It’s a soft and chewy cookie that has a filling of pumpkin pecan pie, the pecan pie layered beautifully on top of the pumpkin. On top of that is a fluffy pumpkin spice icing and toasted pecan sprinkles.

#2: Chocolate Cream Pie
A delicious classic. This one is a dark chocolate cookie base filled with a silky smooth whipped chocolate filling. Couldn’t leave it blank on top, so like any good chocolate cream pie, it has a whipped icing and chocolate shavings.

#3: Caramel Apple Cheesecake
This one was quite a hit this weekend, and it’s no question as to why. It’s a perfectly soft base that has been filled by a layer of cheesecake underneath a perfectly sweet layer of cooked apple filling. Topping it all off is a swirl of vanilla icing, a drizzle of golden delicious caramel, and a sprinkle of cooked streusel topping.

Chocolate and mint are a classic combination, one that I rarely tire of, so here we are. I’m bringing you a dark chocolate cookie with chocolate chips, a well in the center in oozing with a swirl of dark chocolate and mint ganache and topped with a sweet mint icing and drizzle of dark chocolate.

#2: Oatmeal Rum Raisin
It felt like time to bring another delicious sandwich cookie your way and this one certainly meets the mark. The center of this cookie is a sweet and gooey rum raisin caramel enclosed by a fluffy layer of rum raisin icing and sandwiched between two soft and delicious oatmeal raisin cookies. Have at it, my raisin loving friends.

Where are my cookie butter loving friends at? This one is for you. This chewy ginger-snap inspired cookie is topped with a hearty helping of cookie butter cheesecake and a swirl of vanilla icing sprinkled with cookie crumbles. It’s a treat for sure.
