Looking Glass President and CEO Chad Westphal was on hand yesterday (May 7) for several important Governor Kotek bill signings in support of our behavioral health work - HB 4069; HB 4115; SB 1546; SB 1547.
“These bills as a group will strengthen the behavioral health workforce in numbers, improve the safety of behavioral health workers and children, and increase workforce readiness by making credentialing more efficient. Representative Nancy Nathanson has been a longtime champion behind this work along with First Lady Amy Kotek, Sentaor Lisa Reynolds and countless others. Governor Kotek’s recognition that behavioral health support is critical to the overall health of communities and her willingness to back this work was not surprising and worth celebrating. We solute her and all involved.”
