My opening statement on February 17, 2022, convinced the prosecutor to dismiss their case prior to calling any witnesses.
I tried to convince the prosecutor that he was wrong on the law and should dismiss before trial, but I guess the law finally clicked when he heard me explaining it to a jury of 6.

Not guilty jury verdict. Just before closing arguments the City Prosecutor had the arresting officer cite my client under a different theory for the same alleged crime. That citation became an exhibit in my closing argument as to why the City knew it lost this case.
