Whew! Production molds for the Monkey’s Paw mug are all officially cast and drying slowly nestled between the kilns in front of a fan. Can’t wait to start casting, and also can’t wait to clean up the mess that mold making makes in the studio!

It’s mold making week! I never make a mold without my lucky charm: this worn and rusty serrated kidney tool. It was gifted to me by when he saw me struggling with a mold wall during my first week of work at in 1994.
