Spring Market is waking up! Here's a detailed market spotlight to close up April:

Buyer demand saw a surprising jump last week, even with all the noise swirling in recent headlines concerning War with Iran, Energy Prices, and Aprils FED meeting hinting towards potential short term volatility. Despite this, applications and pending sales are both up overall.

On the supply side, more listings are hitting the market giving buyers more options, although not all at once. That said, pricing still matters. Homes priced like it’s 2023 are being noticed- and often passed over. (For all my sellers out there)
