We have a new trio of special cider offerings to share with you, each holding a unique profile, story, and method of how it’s brought from the trees to the bottle.

Barrel Aged Solera / large scale forage and press of wild apples, fermented, barreled, and blended once aging is completed… continuously topping a single tank. This fruit was gathered over the span of the 2014-2020 harvest seasons. Cider with a richer body, subtle oak vanillins lending to a sweeter aromatic, finishes pleasantly dry. Recommended with grits, polenta dishes, or poultry.

Four Orchards / each season we forage apples from (some years) over 100 private properties and scattered wild and abandoned apple trees across public lands in which are committed to no spray. These 4 orchards held the prize fruit of the 2023 season.
Soft mouthfeel, aromatics of freshly cut ripe apple, mildly sweet finish. Great with roast veggies, leaner meals, or even with breakfast. : )

Rare Russian Crab / cider made from an unusual planting of ancient apple genetics by way of Russian settlers in Oregon sometime in the mid-1700s. Very grippy yet apple forward dry cider with more body than usual for tannin rich fruit. Great accompaniment for foods with heavier fat content, like pungent cheeses, pork, or sweet potato dishes.

We are open in Yachats Friday-Sunday, 12-8pm AND in Eugene, Friday 3-8pm, and Saturday-Sunday 1pm -7pm, offering food and cider service. Come see us for your favorite ciders, food, and unique organic pantry goods.

FERMENTED HOT SAUCE - Third season of a collab with . Made with a seasonally gleaned field blend of an incredible variety of peppers, salt, and time.

FERMENTED CABBAGE SLAW - All veggies also from . Purple cabbage, carrots, red onions, salt, and time.

FERMENTED HARD CIDER MUSTARD - Blend of brown and yellow mustard seed fermented with hard cider, house barrel fermented cider vinegar, and mashed green apples. Spicy, sweet and apple-y.
