Big growth, meaningful outcomes. 💙
Our recent research study showed that teens in Wyman's Teen Outreach Program (TOP) showed stronger social-emotional skills across every area measured, including communication, empathy, goal setting, and decision-making. They also showed reductions in several risk behaviors.
That’s the power of providing young people with a safe and supportive environment where they can build healthy relationships with peers and adults.

Meet Lisa — a proud Wyman alum who’s now one of the incredible staff members pouring back into the next generation. 😊
Lisa’s Wyman story began with The Wyman Leaders program that she graduated from in 2010. As a camper Lisa knew she'd be back one day as a leader for Wyman. Lisa shared that "seeing the Wyman team come to work every day and show up for the teens, it wasn't just a job for them. It meant more than that."
Now Lisa serves as the Experiential Learning Coordinator for the Wyman Leaders team. Lisa's inspiring teens to find their voices, their strengths and their futures through her unwavering support.
We're so proud of Lisa and so grateful to have her on our team! 💛

We’re excited to share that Wyman is a St. Louis County Children's Service Fund Core Funded Partner for 2026-2029! 🎉
This continued partnership is more than funding. It’s a commitment to young people across St. Louis County. With support from CSF, Wyman will continue delivering the Teen Outreach Program (TOP) and Teen Connection Project (TCP) locally. The funding will also expand delivery of TCP at University City High School, allowing us to reach more teens with opportunities to improve their overall well-being.
For more than a decade, CSF has helped make it possible for teens in Wyman’s programs to build meaningful connections, strengthen skills, and navigate challenges with confidence. Together, we’re ensuring young people have access to the support, relationships, and opportunities they deserve.
Since 2010, CSF has invested over $700 million in nonprofits and government entities that serve St. Louis County children and families. We’re proud to partner with them and look forward to the next 3 years!
