Evans RV Park is open throughout the winter!

If you're looking for a place to stay through the winter months we bring you the convenience of top-notch amenities, the safety of full-time security and the enjoyment of both nature and neighborhood. We offer city water, electricity, and a propane refill station on site to keep you cozy in the cold!

Only a drive away from the Rocky Mountains, 10 minutes from downtown Greeley which boasts local restaurants and breweries, and a walk away from the South Platte River and local parks, you’ll be sure to create the kind of stay you’ll enjoy.

We welcome short and long term reservations. Each site has electric (20, 30, & 50 amp), sewage, water, and fiber optic internet hookups! You'll also have access to the laundry machines, restrooms, and showers in our clubhouse on site.
