To get your refund:

Go to https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started or google BBB File A Complaint. The site will ask you to identify yourself, the company you're filing a complaint against, and a Case Description (Your story). In my claim I uploaded a screenshot of my Southern Frills account's order history, which shows the unfulfilled orders (Log into Southern frills, go to order history, hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, paste the picture into Paint, save the new file, upload to BBB site). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is what I typed for my "Case Description": Consumer's Original Complaint :
Wife placed an order in MMM and MMM. Received 1 item of MMM order. Called and emailed asking for refund and cancel order, no action yet from them.

ORDER # MMM DD YYYY Paid Partial $ # #. # #
ORDER # MMM DD YYYY Paid Unfulfilled $ # #. # #
Paid with credit card from BANK. Last time we emailed the company was MMM DD YYYY requesting a refund and have received no correspondence.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
Attempted in past to request refund since we are well past the website's "allow 12 weeks for delivery".
