Today marked a powerful step forward for the Historic Westside.
Along with our partners Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, City of Las Vegas, Metcalf Builders, Inc and many investors, we broke ground on the first phase of Marble Manor Redevelopment, a transformative mixed-income community made possible by a $50M Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant from HUD.
Phase I, delivering 138 thoughtfully designed apartment homes and community-centered amenities, is set to be complete in 2027. This is just the beginning.
Over five phases, this redevelopment will bring 627 mixed-income homes, along with a community center, retail, parks, and spaces designed to support connection, stability, and opportunity.
This project is about reinvestment, equity, and building a stronger future for residents of the Historic Westside. 🏠
