The NGSE.net Conference 2026 in Evanston delivered exactly that — three powerful days of connection, learning, and international collaboration.

From April 24–26, participants from around the world gathered to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and explore new ways to grow the impact of NGSE.net programs. Designed as a space for both inspiration and action, the conference brought together Rotarians, program leaders, and young professionals committed to service and global understanding.

A true highlight of the weekend was the group visit to Rotary International Headquarters — Rotary One. Walking through the home of Rotary offered a powerful reminder of the global network behind every initiative, grounding the conference in purpose and legacy. It wasn’t just a visit — it was a moment of connection to something bigger.

But NGSE 2026 wasn’t only about strategy and sessions — it was also about the moments in between. From a lively karaoke night that brought out everyone’s fun side to a memorable dinner with the keynote speaker, the conference created space for genuine connection, laughter, and shared experiences that go beyond the agenda.

The program blended meaningful conversations with practical insights — from leadership and vocational exchange to the future of international cooperation — all while reinforcing what NGSE does best: building bridges across cultures through shared purpose.
