Hanold Associates is thrilled to welcome Heather Khoury to our firm from The New York Times Company! Heather joins us as a Partner based in the New York office where she focuses on recruiting corporate officers, including HR, Financial, Marketing, Legal and Technology leaders with an emphasis in Media, Entertainment, Sports and Non-Profit organizations.
 
Heather brings nearly 15 years of recruiting and human resources experience. She previously served as Vice President of Executive Recruiting at the New York Times Company, where she led executive leadership recruiting. Prior to focusing on executive hiring, Heather built and led the technology and digital recruiting team, hiring for roles across engineering, IT, product and project management, as well as design. Before the New York Times, she was in HR and recruiting leadership roles with the Council on Foreign Relations and eMusic.
