After more than a year of collaboration and drafting, we're ready to stun the world with our newest look! Today, DNR unveils our final Outdoor Access and Responsible Recreation Plan (OARR) - our first statewide recreation plan. This plan will guide decision making for future management practices to ensure lands managed by DNR provide sustainable, diverse and high quality outdoor access and recreation opportunities that make Washington a better, stronger place to live and play. Thanks to all who helped us develop this plan at our public meetings and through your comments. Together, we've charted a stronger course forward for recreating on Washington's amazing public lands - and all without using any Blue Steel!
