DIY vs. DBE: Treatment Cards Edition
Inside Out Aesthetics, a long-term client of ours based in Scottsdale, Arizona, had created a treatment card to help educate patients on the benefits of their PRP & PDGF add-on.
It was a functional piece with a clear purpose, and we saw an opportunity to bring it even more closely in line with the brand.
Our team refined the layout, elevated the design, clarified the hierarchy, and created a more polished patient education tool that feels cohesive, intentional, and easy to navigate.
Because every patient-facing piece plays a role in the overall brand experience - from the first impression to the final follow-up.
Your patient experience starts before treatment begins.

Same brand. Two very different impressions.
What began as a simple DIY service menu for Lilivy Aesthetics + Wellness became an opportunity to create a more intentional brand touchpoint.
Pinpoint helped our client Lilivy refine the design, aligning it with their visual identity. We clarified the messaging, added a thoughtful gift offer, and created a direct path to booking through a QR code.
The result is more than a polished piece of collateral - it’s a strategic marketing asset designed to support conversion. In an industry built on trust, detail, and results, every touchpoint matters.
The difference isn’t the tool. It’s the strategy behind it.

A successful event isn’t luck. It’s strategy.
We’ve seen practices host events with 300+ attendees and generate six-figure revenue…and the difference always comes down to how it’s planned, marketed, and executed.
Here are 5 non-negotiables if you want your next event to perform at that level:
• Start planning at least 6–8 weeks in advance
• Build a concept that creates real demand (not just a theme, but a promise)
• Market consistently across multiple channels—not just one
• Train your team to confidently educate, engage, and sell
• Continue marketing after the event (this is where many leave money on the table)
The brands that see the biggest ROI understand this:
The event itself is only part of the revenue opportunity.
There’s a full ecosystem behind it—and we build it.
We’re full of strategies like this (and this is just the beginning).
If you’re ready to elevate your next event, schedule a consult.
