Yes, this was supposed to go first “The SCOBY Has Entered Its Growth Era.”
Did I post it out of order?
Absolutely.
Did the SCOBY judge me?
Also, absolutely.
Anyway — the fizz is restored, the timeline is healed, and we carry on.

Alright friends… the jars are lined up, the tea is steeping, and the SCOBYs are multiplying like they’re trying to unionize.
We are officially 4 weeks away from the July 1st launch of:
🐾 The upgraded Social Walker Club
🐾 The 6‑Month Therapy Dog Prep Program
🐾 The 1‑ & 2‑Year Facility Dog Programs
These programs have been quietly fermenting behind the scenes — and trust me, they’re about to get feral‑level fizzy.
Meanwhile, in true chaotic fashion…
✨ The Service Dog Program said “I’m not waiting” and is LIVE right now.
If your future Service Dog is ready to start their journey, the door is open and the SCOBY approves.
Stay tuned. The bubbles are forming.
And yes — this is your official notice that the growth era has begun.

Important Update: HUD Changes ESA & Service Animal Housing Rules
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a major policy update that affects Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals under the Fair Housing Act.
On May 22, 2026, HUD released an enforcement memorandum that rescinds the 2020 ESA guidance and significantly narrows when animals qualify for reasonable accommodation in housing.
According to HUD, only animals individually trained to perform disability‑related tasks will now be considered protected assistance animals.
This aligns the Fair Housing Act with the ADA’s definition of a service animal.
📌 What this means in practice:
Trained Service Dogs & Psychiatric Service Dogs → Still protected
Untrained Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) → No longer automatically protected
Landlords may now deny ESA requests without triggering HUD enforcement
Changes are effective immediately

It’s structured, it’s social, and it turns your dog into the most well‑behaved pup on the block — while giving them the mental + physical workout they’ve been begging for.
