Employment Opportunities-Manager

Tim’s Bike Shop, Everett WA, is looking for an experienced applicant to fill a full time Tuesday - Saturday management position. Must have knowledge of the bicycle industry, be able to work well with other employees and most of all interact well with customers. I hold customer service at the highest standard and expect my employees to do the same. Also required to have at least a basic knowledge of bicycle repair and willing to learn as technology continues to advance.
Tim’s Bike Shop was established in 1980. We are looking to expand our in-store, online and social media presence. Located in Everett WA, we are surrounded by premium Northwest trail systems. Also, we are less than two hours South of the Canadian border which opens up to the Canadian North shore and Whistler BC.

• Qualifications & Responsibilities:

o A positive, proactive, hands-on person with a minimum of 2 years of Sales and Management experience.
o Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
o Outgoing, friendly, flexible, and resilient.
o Responsible for front-of-the-house operations including opening, closing, customer relations, processing online orders, Inventory management, sales floor service, among other duties.
o Key input in store layout and merchandising of products.
o Digital media
o Excellent computer fluency in Windows Word, and Excel.
o Able to stand for 8-10 hours per day and lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
o Enforce strict COVID19 precautions and protocols.
