Please help celebrate Mike Stasch Friday May 27th at Bears Inn Bed and Breakfast from 4 to 8 PM. A local personality that has connected Evergreen for over 23 years is crossing over to Retirement.
A package from UPS and a positive word from Mike always brightens our day. During the pandemic Mike was the only connection many of us had with civilization. Please join us and say thank you to Mike and tip a cup of Coors with his beautiful wife Julie.

With sadness and enthusiasm Wendy, Milo (& Chewie) and I want to bid our wonderful guests and friends, farewell. On June 1st Bears Inn Bed and Breakfast will transition into a VRBO under new ownership. This has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling adventures of our life. For that our hearts overflow with gratitude to those who brought joy into our 1920s home in Evergreen. Milo who once was skittish and shy will miss you the most, especially those of you who fed him behind my back. 😜 Wendy and I loved serving breakfast together and were married at the Inn in January. We are looking forward to our next journey together. 🐻❤️🐻

Meet Your Hosts
Wendy is a lady who possesses much love, kindness and generosity with her quiet nature. She is an interior designer who found herself in a career of accounting. Being the big sister of three Wendy is calm and well balanced. Pete is a restaurateur at heart who enjoyed a 22 year career in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution. The youngest of nine, he is playful, charming and compassionate. They each raised two children independently in Springfield, Missouri before setting out to live their dreams together in Evergreen, Colorado, becoming owners of this 90 year old establishment. The two love learning new things and enjoy hearing a new prospective. As they get older they are amazed how opinions can change so easy with enlightenment and a smile when one allows others in. Two rules they ask of all guests are to be truly loving and tolerant of each other and make a new friend every day you stay at the Bears Inn Bed & Breakfast.
