Gentle Growth Therapy

Good morning, all!

Gentle Growth Therapy is currently screening group members for the Cozy Game Support Group. In a time where most are feeling a profound sense of isolation and loneliness, we see some escape into warm, cozy games like Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, The Sims, Harvest Moon, and so on. What do cozy games do for us, and is it enough?

In this group, participants will have the opportunity to meet and connect fellow gamers, discuss themes that emerge in cozy games and how these themes intersect with their daily life, as well as channeling some of these concepts into their self-compassion and care for a greater sense of wellbeing.

This group is for gamers of all genres, who play often or rarely, ages 18 and up. Group time will run for 1.5 hrs, day and time TBD, in-person at either a Phoenixville or Exton location, and is only $30/session for 8 weeks, open group format.
