Is your raw cheese actually raw, or has it been greenwashed?? 🧀

The raw cheese grocery store staple Organic Valley has a teeny-tiny statement on the back that you may not have seen... "To achieve the optimal flavor, we heat the milk to 158°F for 15 seconds."

How can they claim to sell a raw cheese and then heat it for any amount of time? When milk is heated past 110F, all the natural microbiology, vitamins, and minerals die off and totally changes what cheese and milk SHOULD be.
