🌿 Zero emissions on the outside. Pure craftsmanship on the inside. 🚌

Meet OCTA's newest zero emission bus — headed to Orange County, California and looking absolutely sharp from bumper to bumper.

Those Gemini seats? Built by our team right here in Exton, PA. Every stitch, every weld, every detail — made by people who genuinely care about the passenger sitting in them.

From our shop floor to the streets of Southern California — this is what we do every single day and we couldn't be more proud of it. Zero emissions. Zero shortcuts. Every journey matters. 💙

🎉 One full year. Zero on the job injuries.

Today we stopped to celebrate that — and we did it the right way. A home cooked meal for the entire Ster Seating team right here on the floor.

It's easy to hang a sign on a wall that says "Safety is Job One." This group actually lives it — every single day, every single shift, every single person. That is not a small thing. That is a culture.

Proud doesn't even begin to cover it. Thank you to every member of this team for looking out for each other the way you do.

Here's to the next year. 🙏❤️

Go Blue! 〽️🏈

We have to say — the Ster Seating Gemini seats look pretty incredible in University of Michigan blue and gold. Maize and blue never looked so comfortable.

Whether you bleed blue and gold, scarlet and gray, or any other color — that doesn't change who built these seats. Our team in Exton, PA shows up every single day and puts their best work into every seat that rolls out of this building. And it shows.

Proud to be part of the University of Michigan's fleet. Proud of every person whose hands touched this build.

Built by people who care. For journeys that matter. 🚌❤️

🚌 Headed to Fort Worth, Texas!

That new bus smell is real — and so is the pride that comes with knowing our team in Exton built every single seat on this bus.

Stainless steel Aries seats, designed and built by people who genuinely care about every passenger who sits in them. From our shop floor to the streets of Fort Worth — this is what we do.

Every journey matters. And it starts right here. 💪

We build seats for a living. Today we cleaned up the neighborhood for free. 🌱

Happy Earth Day from the Ster Seating crew — out in force, looking good, and leaving things better than we found them. That's kind of our thing.

🧙‍♂️ Meet the Ster Seating Gnome Squad — the most colorful crew on the rigid line.

Don’t let the hats fool you. These guys are out here building seats for transit systems across the country, one bus set at a time.

Turns out gnomes don’t just guard gardens anymore — they build world-class seating.

Every journey matters… and apparently, so does hat color. 🟢🟠🟡🟣🔴🔵🟫

Behind every seat we ship is a team that shows up and gets it done.

From production to packaging, this crew delivered a record month—and made it look easy. (It wasn’t.)

Grateful for every one of them. Every journey matters.
