A busy week in the life of a realtor.

Congratulations to my seller client in Alexandria, VA. We were able to ratify a contract five days after going active and my seller getting six weeks of rent back while their new build home is being finished. Excited for my client and their new home, but sad they will be leaving the area.

Congratulations to my first time buyer on their new studio coop at The Copley in DC. Lots of signing for them today. They are most excited for their eight minute walk to work from their new home.

Also took my mom to the emergancy room this week after a fall she took, so she could get eight stitches. Thankful she had no broken bones. Thank you HRM Auto for calling me and taking care of her till I got there.
