4 of our NOVA wrestlers finished the Air Force Spec Ops Intensive Camp last week.
Tough week — they crushed it!

14U National Duals are finished. NOVA WC showed up and represented! They had some tough competition in Tampa. They battled the other states, faced injuries, and won many duals in spite of multiple forfeits. We are thankful for the fantastic coaches who pushed and encouraged them and the wonderful teammates they met/reunited with.

Virginia/USA Wrestling finished 3rd in the Green/Yellow pool for Freestyle.
