Campus Notice: Help reduce energy demand Due to extreme temperatures and a high heat index across the region, the local energy grid is experiencing significant stress. As a result, George Mason University is asking all Patriots to help reduce energy demand and support grid reliability during the weekend of July 2–5.

In a special panel at George Mason University, four leaders explore the complex legacy of George Mason and what it means to confront the history of the nation's founding. The discussion examines how the university is engaging its namesake's legacy through research, memorialization, and open dialogue.
