Warranty administrator training is the latest addition to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s selection of online courses designed to help dealers and fixed operations professionals meet the needs of a new generation of customers.

The Warranty Administrator Online Course offers first of its kind training that covers processing RV repair orders, handling warranty claims, managing payments, maintaining customer and manufacturer/supplier relations, and checking in new units.

RVDA’s Convention/Expo Committee is seeking workshop proposals for the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo set for Nov. 6-10 at Paris Las Vegas.

As the premier networking and education-focused event for North American RV dealers and dealership professionals, the event will feature 45 and 60-minute concurrent “tracked” non-promotional workshops for dealership principals, general managers, and top-performers in parts, service, F&I, sales, digital marketing, and business development centers.
