Working Together with Local Organizations to Strengthen Workforce Readiness and Opportunity

As our community prepares for anticipated changes that may affect access to services and employment opportunities, organizations across Solano County are coming together to help individuals build the skills and confidence needed to re-enter the workforce.

Recently, Archway Recovery Services participated in mock interviews for the Return to the Workforce Program at Fairfield-Suisun Adult School. Participants spent the week developing resumes, practicing interview skills, and preparing for employment opportunities—with some already securing interviews before the program concluded.

At our new facility, our community garden is being created with purpose. As part of our behavioral health approach to substance use disorder treatment, the garden will provide opportunities for clients to reconnect with routine, responsibility, community, and meaningful daily practices that support long-term recovery.

Caring for a shared space helps build confidence, accountability, and transferable life skills — one intentional step in helping set our clients up for success.

Recovery is about rebuilding a life with dignity, purpose, and hope, and our new facility is being thoughtfully designed to support that process every step of the way.
