Today’s recipes were spaghetti squash soup and red curi squash soup—both simple, clean, and absolutely delicious. Can’t beat how easy they are! And while I usually keep my veggies on the counter to look pretty, these went straight into the pot 😉. ”

I am thrilled to inform you that our studio has moved to a new location! Previously situated on Post Road, our new studio offers everything you've come to expect from us, plus an exciting new addition: a dedicated lifestyle section.

Our new space is designed to better serve our clients, offering a modern and upgraded environment that reflects the high standards we set for our services. We’ve retained all the features that made our previous location special, and have expanded our offerings to include curated lifestyle services that cater to the evolving needs of our clientele.
