Looking for a robotic technician with

1. Education
a. High School Minimum
b. Advanced classes in automation technology helpful

2. Responsibilities
a. Work with experienced robot technicians to refurbish pre-owned Fanuc robots
b. Disassemble mechanical arms and electrical controllers for repair
c. Clean and assemble components [some equipment is fairly dirty]
d. Prepare for final painting
e. Assist in writing robotic programs to cycle robot through the certification process for pre-ship approval
f. Assist with material handling [loading/unloading of equipment]
g. Maintain clean work area
h. Periodically run errands to pick up material for refurbishing robots [use company vehicles or paid mileage]

3. Ideal Candidate Profile
a. Associate that is motivated to learn the Robotic Refurbishing methods and become self-sufficient in performing work alone
i. Troubleshoot errors and correct
ii. Good mechanical aptitude for detecting worn reducers
iii. Good electrical aptitude for detecting out of spec. motors, amplifiers, teach pendants, control boards, etc.
b. Associate that would like to become a key contributor in applying refurbished robots for customer's end-use.
i. Includes gripper development
ii. Incoming part orientation
iii. Robot programming
iv. Perimeter guarding and robot safety
c. Willing to travel and assist with installation at end customer job-site

Job entails.
1. Cleaning of robotic equipment to prep for paint.

2. Day-to-day shop cleaning. Sweeping moping and taking out the trash.

3. Organizing parts and tools for technicians.

Must have strong attention to detail!
