Pendlay Rows.. Great exercise to increase deadlifts.
Unfortunately we will be closing for two weeks. Plan is to reopen April 6th. I appreciate all of our clients and their dedication to us. Scary to not have income as a small business. But, our clients safety is our number one concern. After all that's why we have this business to promote health. I hope everyone stays safe.
