In this newly created recruiting role for LATAM the Manager of Leadership Recruitment (about 10 years experience) will oversee and manage the ex*****on of the MD recruitment process based on the global annual MD hiring plan and Country strategic plan. This role works very closely with Senior Leadership to deliver identify, cultivate and attract talent to support the growth of the LATAM market. Successful candidates must have the proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with Senior Leaders, candidates, HR Leadership and the broader recruitment team. This role is both a strategic advisory and delivery role. Experience recruiting at a search firm and or for a corporation is a must.
