2005 - 2017

It all started on May 9, 2005 - a very dear friend of ours lost his son, LCpl Taylor B. Prazynski. As a way to honor him, as well as the men and women who have lost their lives since 9/11, a group of motorcycle enthusiasts joined together to raise funds for post-9/11 combat veterans and their families and caregivers.

HERO'S RIDE ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Hero’s Ride Supporters,

The time has come – the last chapter has been written.

The Hero’s Ride is going to retire today, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your past support.

Looking back over the past 13 years, riders traveled from distant points in the U.S. to participate in an event with a simple mission: To honor and remember the growing list of those who volunteered to serve and made the ultimate sacrifice, and, to honor and remember those returning from the war on terror. Your donations and ride fees helped fund the assistance needed to help those who were injured or

physically disabled, whose lives would never be the same and without your enduring support, this assistance would not have happened.

We thank you for your past support and dedication to the Hero’s Ride and we ask that you keep those in our Armed Services in your prayers and ask the Lord to grant them a safe and speedy return home.
