These days I’m craving simplicity.
The skincare industry can feel so loud and overstimulating. New products. New Trends. New things to worry about.
I don’t have the energy to keep up with all of it.
I find myself drawn back to the basics: real ingredients, simple routines, and products I don’t have to overthink.
The older I get, the more I value things that bring peace instead of overwhelm.
That’s the philosophy behind All Things Pure—and the philosophy behind the rest of my life too.
If the skincare world leaves you overstimulated too, I hope this little corner of the internet feels like a breath of fresh air.
There are so many parts of running a small business that require faith.
You prepare before you know the outcome.
You keep showing up before you see the results.
You do the work in front of you and trust that God is working in ways you can’t always see.
My job isn’t to control the outcome. My job is to be faithful with what’s in front of me and trust God with the rest.

A good skincare routine isn’t just about hydration—it’s also about protecting your skin.
Vitamin C and other antioxidant-rich serums can help support your skin’s natural defenses and a healthy skin barrier.

When I created these products, I wanted minimal skincare that helps simplify things. I’ve learned that keeping things simple is actually one of the best things you can do for your skin barrier.

One of my favorite parts of this journey is hearing how these products are helping and supporting other people’s skin as well 🤍
The ingredients in our lotion are naturally rich in vitamin E and fatty acids. This nourishes the skin barrier, aiding it in repair and giving you healthy, supple skin.
Behind every label is a small business built with intention 🤍
Every jar is filled, labeled, and packaged by hand in small batches using simple, nourishing ingredients I truly love and use myself.
There’s a lot of quiet work behind the scenes, and I’m so grateful to everyone supporting this journey. 🤍

Did you know you may not need to cleanse your face with a cleanser in the morning? 🤍
For some people — especially those with dry, sensitive, or dehydrated skin — cleansing twice a day can strip away natural oils that help support and protect the skin barrier.
Overnight, your skin produces beneficial oils and lipids that help form a protective barrier to keep moisture in and support healthy skin. Over-cleansing in the morning can sometimes wash away more of those natural protective oils than your skin needs.
Over-cleansing can leave skin feeling tighter, more irritated, or even more oily as your skin tries to compensate for the dryness.
At night, cleansing is important to remove makeup, sunscreen, sweat, and buildup from the day. But in the morning, some people may do better simply rinsing with water or using a very gentle cleanser only when needed.
Personally, I only rinse my face with warm water in the morning and focus more on supporting my skin barrier rather than over-cleansing.
Healthy skin isn’t always about doing more — sometimes minimal, supportive skincare is exactly what your skin needs.

Hi 🤍 I wanted to share a little bit about myself.
I’m Elizabeth, the founder of All Things Pure Lotion Co. I’m married and have 3 kids (ages 9, 6, and 5) — although this photo is a couple years old 😊
About 4 years ago, our family moved from Southern California to Fairhope, Alabama. By trade I’m a nurse, though I haven’t worked in that field since our move.
I’ve always been passionate about natural ingredients, healthy alternatives, and learning everything I can about wellness and skincare. I’ve also struggled with eczema, allergies, sensitive skin, and rashes for most of my life. That experience is what eventually led me to start making my own lotions, after struggling to find products that felt simple and truly supportive for my skin.
At my core, I care deeply about simplicity, intention, and making thoughtful choices in everyday life. I’m drawn to minimalist, clean living, and I love creating, decorating, learning, and reflecting deeply on life.
My faith is also a big part of who I am. I’m a Christian, and I’m continually learning what it looks like to deepen my walk with Jesus and live in a way that reflects Him.
I’ve always been more introverted and reflective, and being on social media is something that has stretched me in a lot of ways. But it’s also been a season of learning, growing, and stepping out in faith — trusting God as I build what He’s placed on my heart.
I also care deeply about health and nourishment in everyday life, including the way we eat. I’ll be sharing more about simple recipes, ingredients, and gut health as part of that journey as well.
All Things Pure grew out of that journey — a desire to create simple, nourishing skincare for sensitive skin 🤍
Everything I share here is simply an extension of the things I value most: simplicity, intention, faith, and caring well for what we’ve been given.
Thanks for being here 🤍
Each ingredient is intentional in our lotion. We choose to use unrefined oils (vs. refined) because they retain more of their naturally occurring nutrients, antioxidants, and fatty acids. These do amazing things for your skin like support collagen production and elasticity, repair the skin barrier, and protect your skin from oxidative stress.
