Dr Music 30 year Throwdown

We’re steady getting ready - stages are almost finished.

It’s about a week and half to go until Dr. Music’s 30th Anniversary Throwdown at District Hall.

Our goal is to present 6 very diverse, super interesting and amazingly talented bands (all from Alabama) in 5 hours. To make this work, we’re using 2 stages and a lot of sweat equity.

Without further ado, here’s the time line.

7:15 Marla & the Singers (TBD) 30 minutes
7:50 Bankhead Boys (inside) 30 minutes
8:25 Reconciler - (outside) 30 minutes
9 Rufus McBlack (inside) 30 minutes
9:35 Pine Hill Haints (outside) 45 minutes
10:20 Grayson Capps Band (inside) hour +

We plan to give away 150 or so, things including t-shirts, hats, aprons and tea towels. Arrive early for the best choices and to see the incredible and amazing and awesome Marla & the Singers.
