TOTAL BODY MOBILITY
Back by popular demand, Animal Flow is one of my favorite ways to explore movement because it’s equal parts mobility, strength, coordination, and play.

In this month’s Total Body Mobility, we’ll move on and off the yoga mat to crawl, reach, rotate, and move in ways you probably haven’t since childhood. Expect a little challenge, a lot of novelty, and plenty of opportunities to discover that your body is capable of more than the same old movement patterns.

No experience necessary. Just bring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to look slightly ridiculous for a few minutes. That’s usually where the good stuff happens.

ASHTANGA LED HALF PRIMARY
You’ve probably already practiced poses from Ashtanga—even if you’ve never taken an Ashtanga class.

Join Becka for a led Half Primary Workshop where we’ll move through the practice of Ashtanga yoga. You’ll learn some Sanskrit, and explore one of the traditions that has influenced much of the modern yoga you see today.

Part movement practice, part yoga history, part “oh, that’s where that comes from.”

Open to everyone. No prior Ashtanga experience necessary.
