Whitney is a certified Pilates instructor with five years of practice and three years of teaching experience. She loves teaching because she’s seen how life-changing Pilates can be. She’s passionate about helping people build strong cores and healthy spines—foundations that improve posture, reduce pain, and support long-term movement.
