I OFTEN explain to my clients who have one shoulder/neck/sided headache issue more than the other it can often come from a hip issue TYPICALLY (but not always) from the opposite side. The body likes to balance itself. So if one hip is higher, the shoulder will drop. Next thing you know, ouch! All the neck issues! 😮‍💨.

This can lead to issues like:
-Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
-Migraines
-Low/Mid back pain
-Shoulder pain
-Elbow or wrist pain
-etc.

The body craves to be even and balanced. Sometimes the issue isn’t coming from the area of pain, but a secondary location causing the puzzle not to fit together quite as nicely as it could.

2-3 massages over a month can greatly reduce this if properly addressed, followed up by at home stretches, as well as just being aware of their posture and stance.
