I am OBSESSED with great marketing, customer experience, and hospitality.
In the 4 years The Hive has been open, not once has a local business walked through these doors with actual food just to introduce themselves. Not. A. Single. Time.
So when Amie from in Fairport out of the blue showed up with subs in hand, said hello, and saved this busy mom from cooking dinner? You better believe I SPRINTED over here to shout them out.
That’s how you do it. That’s how you show up. That’s how you make people remember you.

No, but seriously!! If you value customer service as much as I do and you work remotely, Spectrum Business has continually blown me away!!
