This position includes all aspects of preparing and applying protective finishes to trailer frames and related components. We’re looking for a hard-working professional who takes pride in doing a job well done. Tools and equipment used in this department include grinders, buffers, caulking guns, cleaning agents, and automotive type spray equipment.

----Essential Job Duties / Expectations----
Meet or exceed set production & quality targets.
Keep area, tools and equipment clean & organized.
Must use correct PPE and dress safely for the job.

----Knowledge / Skills & Abilities----
Minimum 6 months experience in industrial / automotive type painting processes and equipment.
Ability to pass a simple spray test to demonstrate ability and handling of automotive type industrial spray equipment
Ability to communicate well with others and have good organization skills.
Skilled with electrical sanders, grinders, and other hand tools
Ability to successfully pass a respirator mask fit test.

----Working Environment----
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Able to routinely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
