Forty years of dedication is an incredible milestone. Two careers spanning more than four decades each is truly remarkable.

Congratulations to Hoyt Birt and David Crandall on their retirements. Hoyt began working at Ellison Bronze at just 14 years old and officially joined the team full-time in 1982, dedicating 44 years to the craft of welding. David started in the stockroom in 1995 and, through his attention to detail and expertise, rose to become Chief Estimator.
