June brought another food truck visit to Dahlstrom, with quesadillas and cheese fries on the menu.

Then we kicked off the Fourth of July weekend a little early with a team celebration. Every employee received an America-themed Dahlstrom t-shirt, and the food truck showed up with brisket, slaw, mac & cheese, pulled pork mac & cheese, and buffalo chicken mac & cheese.

Good food, new shirts, and a long weekend ahead. Hard to beat that.

At Dahlstrom, we know that good food and a great team make a strong combination. Now that summer’s almost here, we’re enjoying the warm weather by shining a light on our employees.

That’s right, we’re excited to welcome back our monthly food truck fun – one of our favorite ways to bring our team together and thank them for the hard work they do every day.

Earlier this month, our employees celebrated Cinco de Mayo with a food truck serving favorites like beef empanadas, brisket tacos, and pork mac-and-cheese tacos. Last Friday, the team enjoyed another food truck visit featuring quesadillas, cheese fries, sausages, shrimp tacos, and more.
