Job description:
Reliability is key, it is very hard to accommodate multiple sick calls.
Customer service is number one for us.
Three easy rules for us: Provide excellent customer service, if it’s dirty clean it, if it’s empty fill it.
We are a Quick serve restaurant so we take the order at the counter then call customers name to hand it out to them for take out, deliver to table for dine in.
Clerks greet every customer, says goodbye to each customer, takes orders, cashes out customers, makes food in the front, frying food in the back, cleaning during down time, break down everything for closing.
And, we constantly say teamwork makes the dream work and a team needs to be balanced for it to work which means we do the best we can every day.
