Preparations are underway for the 2026 Senior Recognition Dinner!
Sophomore culinary and baking students are preparing a 9 course tasting menu as part of their capstone course. This is the final event of the semester!

Here it is! Our newly remodeled Grady Dining Room!
This new space is now home to both a brand-new restaurant and an on-site bakery and cafe. The bakery& cafe is an exciting new addition that will give our Baking & Pastry students real-world experience in managing and operating a professional bakery environment.
Our Thursday lunch service is officially in full swing, so send your reservations if you're interested. More details will be coming soon as we prepare for our first bakery adventure. Stay tuned!
