WW Properties is looking to acquire several additional properties in 2021, either two 3 family houses, or half a dozen single family houses.

We prefer to work directly with sellers or perhaps wholesalers.

Targeting 3 families between 250-300k and single families at 100k or less. We currently operate out of New England (MA), but are open to Texas, Florida, and the midwest.
