Incumbent Paul Coogan wins Fall River mayoral race after recount Incumbent Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan has won the mayoral race after a recount on Saturday.

I know Fall River residents did not show up for the Preliminary election but we all need to show up for change in Fall River to proceed down a productive path forward instead of more of the same Coogan way. The other two candidates should Immediately endorse Boomer as to move this city in the right direction or none of the citizens can complain about the way this city is run please vote in November for change vote Boomer Amaral for mayor of Fall River
