California Democrats change the law around home buying utilizing government subsidies. The law would give up to $150,000 to someone borrowing for a home. Typically it was for first time homeowners with low income. The Democrats overrule the Republicans to change the law that says any person that meets the guidelines can get a loan up to $150,000 at 0% regardless of immigration status. Simply put, all the migrants that entered into California now qualify for $150,000 homeowner loan even though they are here illegally. This is a group that is closely tied to VP Harris and endorsed for attorney general. They would mean extremely close to her at present time and they utilize their power among Democrats in California to Lobby the state politicians to vote to allow migrants not vetted or legally in the US to apply for and obtain up to $150,000. Any of you remember the 1970s? We had very long gas lines with very high gas prices. It got so bad that you had to buy gas based on the odd or even number of your license plate. You could only buy gas every other day. Milk bread and groceries included clothing and many other items were hard to find and in most stores had limits. Gas prices were very high because they didn't pump and drill due to the fact that government would only let them charge a particular amount of a cost. The same thing happened with manufacturing and everything else. Companies only produce what they needed to to keep the company running and that caused huge shortages everywhere. If you think we had shortages in the pandemic fvp Harris is elected and puts in this socialist price freeze and she can call it anything she wants that's exactly what it is it's controlling the price of goods. What will happen then we'll be 20 to 50 times magnification of shortages that happened in a pandemic. Also, because Society wants everything today and there are so many high-tech items and items that need chips and all kinds of components matter of fact is here and elsewhere, people will begin to find that they can't get their cars from televisions refrigerators washing machines dryers and loads of electronics repaired. You really need to do your homework on some of the things she's talking about. Just look up Richard Nixon price freezes and you'll get the whole story. You cannot allow price freezes rent control and things like that by the government. No one will repair or build homes if they can't get their money back. Regardless of low interest rates on down payments it won't be any good because there won't be anything available to purchase. No one's going to sell their home if they can't make a good profit.
