DAY 31. 🐝💛EVOLVE

Choose to evolve and grow regardless of what the outcome might be and enjoy the opportunity to try something different.

DAY 29. 🐝💛ACCEPTANCE

Accepting the reality of a scenario can be daunting.
Many aspects of a situation may affect how quickly you can move into a space of tolerance. Before you come to acceptance, you may have to work through tough situations: rejection, disbelief, anger or other emotions. It may take time but eventually, you will step past your initial reaction and trust that you are in a process which will take time to settle. When you have trouble coping remind yourself that everything is changing and every situation is temporary and what ever is upsetting, or hard to accept right now will not last. As you move into acceptance, your life will flow easier and be filled with love, gratitude and happiness.

The gratitude someone feels in response to your charitable spirit will fill you with happiness and improve how you feel about yourself. Generosity has the most influence when you reflect on the needs or wants of another. It is not about providing material things but sharing your time and giving from your heart and it is as important to allow others to reciprocate and receive graciously.
