Exterior paint and stain work as our Encinitas ADU project continues moving forward. It has been a hard road for everyone, but we keep putting one foot in front of the other because 2021 is the light at the end of tunnel we have all been waiting for!

At 750 square feet in size, this ADU was built with the homeowners’ parents in mind. Whether just a visit, or eventual permanent residence, this ADU is fully sufficient from the main house. It is complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room , and bedroom with a roof tie-in to the existing home on the lot. This roof tie-in provides a comfortable walking path between the existing home and new ADU with daylight streaming through skylights above.
