I’ll be honest — postpartum, just getting myself (and the dogs) outside first thing felt like a win some days.

Stepping out to stretch, let them p*e, and catch that morning light did wonders for my brain and my mood.

No big production, just a few minutes of fresh air and sunshine.

From there, I added my 10,000-step goal.

Those quiet morning walks built the momentum that eventually let me ease into 4 strength training days a week.

It’s nothing fancy, but those tiny consistent habits have been game-changers.

If you’re in the thick of postpartum right now, start super small — whatever feels doable.
