Continuing on with Fallbrook Favorites, our Assistant Winemaker Faith Lawson! Here’s a look into some of her favorite things about Fallbrook Winery. She’s usually behind the scenes, but when you get a chance to pick her brain you always walk away having learned something new. She loves her craft and it shows in every glass.
In a new series called Fallbrook Winery favorites, we’re meeting all the people on the team here at Fallbrook, learning their favorite wines & their favorite thing about working here. To start it off, Euan Parker! Euan is our resident kiwi and our head winemaker, the man behind every glass. And yes, even he has his favorites! 🍷
