Meet QSC Advisory Council Chair Amy Hart.
Amy is the co-owner of Continental Plumbing Services in Florida, where she works alongside her husband to help lead and grow the company.
She did not originally set out to become a leader in the plumbing industry. Like many people in family businesses, her role evolved over time through persistence, problem-solving, and a willingness to step into challenges even when the path forward was not always clear.
That perspective is part of what makes Amy such a strong leader within QSC.
She believes growth happens when business owners are willing to learn from each other, share real experiences, and stay open to better ways of operating and leading.
Amy values the accountability, collaboration, and honest conversations that happen inside QSC—an environment where contractors support each other while continuing to push for meaningful growth.
